Kevin Garling has over 20 years in the Fire Service and currently Chief in charge of Training for Kent Fire Department. Kevin was Instrumental in the development of the Zone 3 IMS Lesson Plan and has taught the course for the KCFTOA Officer Development Academy, King County Zone 3 and various Police Agencies.
